The victim had become trapped inside of the Toyota sedan in the accident at South Prospect and Parker avenues around 1:40 p.m., the city fire department said.
Today at 1:40pm Engine 2 responded to the intersection of South Prospect Ave and Parker Ave on a motor vehicle accident....
Firefighters stabilized the vehicle then used a hydrologic spreader and cutter to open the passenger door. Firefighters assisted with packaging of the patient for transport to Hackensack Medical Center.
